  • March ATTENDANCE Madness! SWEET 16!
    • Ms. Wagner and Mrs. Russell had 100% attendance this past week!
    • Mrs. Kahle's class had the highest attendance percentage for a top that didn't make the Sweet 16!
    • The overall school attendance percentage was 94.3%
    • Staff attendance percentage was 94.5%
  • LAST CALL FOR YEARBOOK ORDERS!  Yearbooks are available to be purchased online at jostensyearbooks.com or by calling Jostens at 1-877-767-5217.  Orders are due by May 15th!
  • It's that time of year again to think about signing up for Riverton JFL Football.  Fliers are available in the RMS office.
  • Any 6th-8th grade students that interested in going to Washington D.C. the summer of 2021 there is an informational meeting Thursday, March 5th at 7:00 PM in the RMS Library.  Parents and students should attend.
  • 8th Grade Graduation will be on Wednesday, May 20th in the RHS Gym.

  • A reminder that cell phone use is NOT permitted by students during the school day with the exception of before the 8:50 AM bell and during recess.  Cell phones are NOT allowed to be out during passing periods, during morning study hall, in the hallways, in the locker rooms, or in the cafeteria.  If a student has their phone out, they will get a referral and the phone will be placed in the office until the end of the day.

  • RMS has HAWK PRIDE!  RMS had the most students and staff that attended the varsity game last Saturday!  HAWK UP!
  • Yearbook has a meeting Tuesday, February 25th after school until 3:30 PM.
  • Beta Club has a meeting on Tuesday, February 25th after school until 3:30 PM.

    We are selling these Hawk Up Against Cancer shirts as a fundraiser for Mrs. Scales, an RMS employee who is battling kidney cancer.  All proceeds will go to Mrs. Scales for medical expenses.  If you would like to order a shirt click HERE for the link to the order form.  All orders and payments are due Friday, February 28th.  

    Congratulations to the 8th Grade RMS Volleyball Team for earning 2nd Place in the Jacksonville Tournament last Saturday!
