  • RMS Picture Day is on Friday, August 30th.  Pictures can be ordered online before picure day at mylifetouch.com with your Picture Day ID: EVTWSG2J9.
  • Yearbooks are avaiable to be purchased online at jostensyearbooks.com or by calling Jostens at 1-877-767-5217.  Yearbooks are only $20.00 if you order before September 13th. 
  • Any 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Students interested in joining Beta Club at RMS forms are available in 1st Hour classes and in the office.
  • Any 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Students interested in joining the RMS Student Council forms are in 1st Hour classes and in the office. 
  • Any 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students are invited to tryout for the Riverton Middle School Dance Team. Tryouts will be Thursday, August 22nd in the RMS gym 5:00-8:00. Those wishing to tryout must have a current physical on file. No prior dance experience necessary. Contact Coach Wendy with questions, 217-899-5332 or email wkoehler@rivertonschools.org.  
  • The Riverton High School Boys Basketball Coaches will be hosting Open Gyms for any boys in 2nd-5th Grade.  The first Open Gym is on Sunday, August 18th.  If you have any questions please contact Coach Hartlaub via email at bhartlaub@rivertonschools.org
    • First Session (2nd/3rd Graders)- 1:00 PM-2:00 PM
    • Second Session (4th/5th Graders)- 2:30 PM-3:30 PM
    • After each session there will be a short parent meeting.
